The Women Veterans On Wall Street (wVOWS) is a newly established sub-committee of VOWS, which strives to raise awareness for women veterans, support women veterans transitioning from the military into the workforce, and establish a strong support network for women veterans across the country, through our multiple VOWS Chapters. The wVOWS mission will target the specific issues and concerns specific around women veterans that align with the overall VOWS mission.

A Day of Professional Development: EMPOWERING MILITARY WOMEN - Including Veterans, Reservists, Soon-to-be Civilians & Military Spouses

Monday, October 9, 2017 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Prudential, in partnership with like-minded companies and nonprofits that honor the service of military personnel, is proud to offer a military women’s professional day of development. We will bring together military women (veterans recently separated from the military, those who have been working in the private sector, student veterans, reservists, and military spouses), and enable them to share their experiences, learn from each other, prepare for a transition into a new position, build professional skills, and strengthen their network. The day features a keynote speaker, panel discussion with leading veterans and a military spouse, and multiple workshops filled with rich and valuable content.
